Job Description Sr. Cybersecurity Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Architect to lead our cybersecurity practice, driving security strategy, governance, and comprehensive vulnerability and risk management for large, globally distributed enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the cybersecurity strategy for the assigned business group, ensuring alignment with global security standards, frameworks, and organizational objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive security reviews of customer solutions and platforms to identify overall security posture and define roadmaps based on maturity levels
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve robust cybersecurity controls, governance models, and best practices in response to evolving threats.
- Drive technical presales engagements with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to support business growth and deal closure.
- Act as the principal security advisor to senior leadership, including CIOs, COOs, CEOs, and Board-level stakeholders, providing clear guidance on risk, compliance, and strategic priorities.
- Promote secure-by-design principles and customer-centric approaches that strengthen security posture and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives for advanced security technologies and accelerators.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of security architects and cybersecurity specialists.
Required Expertise
- Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in senior cybersecurity architecture roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA, and/or recognized Cloud Security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven experience working within large global enterprises or highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Extensive technical expertise in managing and securing complex enterprise environments.
- Deep subject matter knowledge across cybersecurity strategy, Identity and Access Management (IAM), vulnerability management, SOAR/XDR, security monitoring, and incident response.
- Strong command of Zero Trust Architecture, Secure-by-Design methodologies, and Defense-in-Depth principles across enterprise ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, including Board and C-suite stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to enterprise RFP responses and supporting security solution positioning.
- Hands-on experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments, including active participation in incident response for production systems.
