Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including developing architectural designs, integrating innovative solutions, project management, and ensuring design excellence and sustainability. The role involves working closely with the team and stakeholders to prepare design documents, manage drawing schedule, and contribute to urban design and planning projects.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of 3D Software and Integration is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Experience in sustainable design and construction practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
