AI Architect

Job Purpose - We are looking for a hands-on AI Leader / Architect to guide the design, governance, and implementation of a scalable multi-LLM platform within a healthcare-aligned environment. This role combines strategic architecture ownership with practical engineering involvement.

Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities-

• The individual must bring strong expertise in: · Multi-LLM orchestration
• AI governance & compliance
• Production-grade Gen AI architecture
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is highly preferred.

Architecture & Strategy

· Define and evolve the multi-LLM architecture using models such as Anthropic Claude 3.7 Sonnet and Amazon Nova

· Lead design of RAG-based systems using Amazon Web Services native stack

· Architect scalable solutions leveraging:

• AWS Bedrock o
• AWS OpenSearch Service
• Knowledge Bases
• Fine-tuned models (e.g., Nova Lite)

Governance & Compliance

Establish responsible AI practices including:

• Model usage policies
• Prompt governance
• Data privacy safeguards
• Clinical/healthcare AI alignment

Hands-on Leadership

• Contribute to solution implementation where needed
• Guide prompt design, model selection, and evaluation
• Support RAG optimization and retrieval strategy

Platform Direction

· Define:

• Model routing strategy
• Observability & monitoring framework
• Hallucination mitigation approaches
• LLM performance evaluation

Job Specification / Skills and Competencies

▪ Masters/Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent

▪ Deep understanding of Machine Learning models and algorithms

▪ Experience in analyzing complex business problems, translating it into data science problems and modelling data science solutions for the same

▪ Understanding of and experience in one or more of the machine learning frameworks -TensorFlow, Caffe, Torch etc.

▪ Understanding of and experience of building machine learning models using various packages in one or more of the programming languages– Python / R

▪ Knowledge & Experience on SQL, Relational Databases, No SQL Databases and Datawarehouse concepts ▪ Understanding of AWS Cloud architecture

▪ Understanding on the deployment architectures of AI/ML models (Flask, AWS lambda)

▪ Must be a good team player with good communication skills

▪ Must have good presentation skills

▪ Must be a pro-active problem solver and a leader by self

▪ Manage & nurture a team of data scientists
