Architect / Interior Designer (45 Years Experience) Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

We are looking for a talented Architect / Interior Designer with 45 years of experience to join our growing team at P+R Architects. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in interior design, technical detailing, and on-site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute interior design concepts from planning to final execution
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD
- Create 3D models and design presentations using SketchUp (knowledge of other 3D tools is a plus)
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and site teams
- Manage site work to ensure quality, timelines, and seamless execution
- Conduct site visits, material checks, and quality control inspections
- Prepare BOQs, material selections, and coordinate client requirements
- Ensure project deliverables meet design standards and client expectations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design
- 45 years of professional experience in residential or commercial interiors
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (Photoshop is an added advantage)
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and contemporary interior detailing
- Excellent communication, coordination, and site management skills
- Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work independently as well as in a team
