Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to translate concepts into technical drawings.
- Modify and revise drawings as requested by architects or project managers.
- Ensure all plans comply with local codes, zoning laws, and building regulations.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants as needed.
- Maintain organized drawing files and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in developing 3D models, renderings, and presentations when required.
- Conduct site measurements or visits if necessary for drawing accuracy.
- Keep up to date with changes in design trends, construction methods, and CAD technologies.
