Architect

Job Title: Architect II – Institutional, Healthcare & Educational Projects (Apply only if you know Revit thoroughly)

Location: Mumbai - Fort(Monday to Friday)

About the Role: We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Architect II to join our integrated design team. This role offers the opportunity to work on Institutional, Healthcare, and Educational projects of varying scale and complexity. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate strong technical and design skills, and maintain excellent client rapport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural design and construction documents (drawings, specifications, BIM models).
• Participate in design development, technical detailing, and compliance with building codes.
• Coordinate with consulting engineers and project stakeholders.
• Attend construction progress meetings and provide on‑site decisions.
• Collaborate with Project Architect, Project Manager, and Principal in Charge.
• Maintain high standards for project production and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (BArch/MArch).
• 5–10 years of experience in an architectural firm (international practice preferred).
• Licensed Architect (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite/Affinity, Bluebeam, Lumion, Enscape, MS Office.
• Experience in Institutional, Healthcare, or Educational projects (preferred).
• LEED, EDAC, or WELL accreditation is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
• Must be based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate.
