Job Summary / Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Architect to join a dynamic remote team, supporting the delivery of UK-based projects across all RIBA stages. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage projects end-to-end while maintaining high standards of design, compliance, and coordination.

You will play a key role in design development, technical delivery, consultant coordination, and client engagement, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects across RIBA Stages 0–7
  • Develop creative and technically sound design proposals
  • Prepare and review planning, tender, and construction documentation
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients in a remote setting
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies
  • Conduct and lead virtual meetings, presentations, and coordination sessions
  • Carry out site visits where required (travel may be necessary)
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Maintain strong quality assurance standards and detailed project documentation

Required Qualifications / What We're Looking For

  • ARB-registered Architect or equivalent international qualification
  • 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience working on UK-based architectural projects
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential) and AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and collaborative tools
  • Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team environment
  • Strong written and verbal English proficiency

Preferred Skills / Nice to Have

  • Experience in residential and mixed-use developments
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., Passivhaus, BREEAM)
  • Contract administration experience
  • Familiarity with NBS specification writing
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 – 17:00 GMT
  • 12:30 PM - 09:30 PM IST
