Architect

Job Description:

. Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and designs for luxury homes, offices, and hospitality projects.
. Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.
. Conduct site visits to supervise construction, ensure adherence to design specifications, and resolve any onsite challenges.
. Liaise with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and present design proposals.
. Work closely with global architects and designers to integrate international trends and innovations into projects.
. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
. Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
. Participate in design reviews, offering innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
