Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:
Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

Translate client's vision into design concepts, considering functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
2.Concept Development and Presentation:
Develop creative design concepts and mood boards that reflect the client's style and preferences.
Present design proposals to clients using sketches, renderings, and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Incorporate client feedback into design iterations, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
3.Space Planning and Layout Design:
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models to optimize space utilization and flow.
Select appropriate furniture, fixtures, and materials that enhance the functionality and ambiance of the space.
Coordinate with architects and contractors to integrate design elements seamlessly into the overall project.
4.Material and Finishes Selection:
Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet quality standards and budget requirements.
Provide recommendations on color schemes, textures, and lighting to enhance the atmosphere and mood of the space.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, innovations, and sustainable practices.
5.Project Management and Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers to develop timelines, budgets, and procurement plans.
Oversee the implementation of design plans, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address any issues or changes during the project lifecycle.
