Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings
- Prepare presentations, 3D models, and design documentation
- Corporate office design
- Quality Inspection Report (C&I, MEP) to be prepared and ensure rectification with Project Managers
- Communicating project status and completion timelines to the clients
- Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress
- Review project specifications, BOQs, and working drawings
- Assist in project planning, timelines, and cost estimation
- Site visits to ensure smooth handover
Salary: As per Industry Standard
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Requirement: Must have experience in interior fit out organization.
