As a Gen AI Architect, you will design and implement generative AI-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will lead the design, governance, and industrialization of enterprise-grade GenAI platforms and solutions across engineering and manufacturing domains. This role combines deep technical architecture, strategic advisory, and delivery governance, enabling scalable, secure, and business-aligned GenAI transformation for global clients across multiple Business domains.
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related fields
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to analyze complex business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions
- Proficiency in building and deploying generative AI models, including expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Proficiency in the following:
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI models
- Experience in programming languages like Python, R, or other coding platforms relevant to AI model development
- Good understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security aspects for structured and unstructured data.
- RAG, vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, Agentic workflows, tool calling, memory systems, Prompt engineering, tuning strategies, evaluation frameworks, multi-model orchestration and inference optimization
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Leadership of large, cross-functional global teams and ownership of AI & GenAI transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management at CXO and VP levels
- Excellent communication for executive storytelling and solution visualization
