Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, integrating creative concepts into practical solutions, and collaborating with other team members to ensure project success. Daily tasks include preparing project plans, managing designs through various phases, and ensuring compliance with safety, functionality, and sustainability standards. Additionally, the Architect will liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative and efficient designs.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it applies to architectural projects.
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing architecture-related tasks within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs is preferable.
- Prior experience in urban planning or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
