Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect at our Bhubaneswar office. The Architect will be responsible for designing innovative and functional architectural solutions, preparing design plans, creating detailed drawings, and coordinating with clients and project teams. The role also involves conducting site visits, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, timely solutions that align with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
- Experience in physical model construction, computer visualizations, and sketching
- Strong project management skills, including cost control and scheduling
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate design concepts clearly
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional certification in architecture or relevant industry experience
