- This is not a drafting role; you will focus on acquiring and managing customers, sales, estimation, and project coordination
- Gain hands-on exposure to how a construction company operates, acquires clients, and delivers projects

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Estimation and Pre-Construction (33%)
- Translate client requirements and CAD drawings into detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Use AutoCAD to interpret drawings accurately
- Build precise cost estimates using MS Excel
- Ensure speed and accuracy to support deal closures
- Sales and Client Relations (34%)
- Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients
- Schedule meetings and coordinate site visits to showcase projects
- Act as the first point of contact for prospects
- Manage incoming leads and ensure a professional client experience
- Build trust and confidence in the company's services
- Marketing and Lead Management (33%)
- Execute the founder's marketing strategy across channels
- Manage campaigns and track Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Monitor campaign performance across online and offline channels
- Ensure no lead is missed or dropped
- Maintain rigorous follow-ups with prospects
- Own and update the sales tracker, and report weekly on the pipeline
