Role & responsibilities 

We need a proficient Architect to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for planning and designing buildings and interiors while keeping in mind the needs of the project. This is a full time on-site role. 

• Create design concept and detailed plans for the project.
• Present design concept to client for approval. 
• Make sketchup model for clients presentation. 
• Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.
• Make working drawings and details. 
• Aide in the creation of a schedule, specification and budget for the project.
• Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.

Preferred candidate profile 

• Good hands on work experience on softwares like Revit, Autocad, Sketchup and Enscape; is must. 
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience required. 
• Must possess pertinent degrees in architecture (B.Arch, GD Arch, M.Arch)
• Candidates with M Arch may also apply. 
• Must be a keen listener that is able to identify the needs of a project
• Up-to-date knowledge of construction and building codes. 
• Must show strong project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
