Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor construction and project execution as per approved drawings.
• Ensure quality standards, project specifications, and timelines are maintained.
• Assist in material selection, BOQ preparation, and project coordination.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and V-Ray.
• Strong knowledge of architectural planning and civil construction.
• Understanding of working drawings, construction detailing, and site execution.
• Knowledge of materials, BOQ, and project coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in architectural design, civil construction, or project execution preferred.
