Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-orientedArchitectto design, plan, and oversee the construction of high-quality infrastructure/projects. The ideal candidate must have strong conceptual design skills, knowledge of building codes, expertise in project documentation, and the ability to coordinate with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Developconceptual and detailed architectural designsfor residential/commercial/industrial projects.
Prepare2D drawings, visualizationsusing tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar.
Conductsite analysis, feasibility studies, and design evaluations.
Ensure designs comply withbuilding codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and constraints.
Coordinate withengineers, contractors, and consultantsthroughout the project lifecycle.
PrepareBOQs, design documents, construction drawings, and execution plans.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor the progress to ensure design accuracy.
Assist in cost estimation and material selection.
Review and approve architectural changes or modifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors / master's degree in architecture(B.Arch. / M.Arch).
Proven experience in architectural design and project execution.
Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Photoshop, etc.
Strong understanding ofbuilding materials, construction techniques, and codes.
Excellentvisualization, communication, and presentationskills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience withsustainable / green building design.
Knowledge of BIM workflows.
Experience working on large-scale or specialized projects (commercial, institutional, industrial, etc.).
