BIM Architect

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect, located in Surat. The BIM Architect will be responsible for managing and creating Building Information Models (BIM) and collaborating with the architectural design team to develop precision-driven solutions. Daily tasks will include preparing architectural drawings, construction documents, and submittals while ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines. The role also involves coordinating with other project stakeholders to ensure cohesion and consistency in project execution.

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related technologies
• Experience in creating precise Construction Drawings and handling Submittals
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within a team
• Proficiency in design and project tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and quality
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Previous experience in the architecture or construction industry is an advantage
