Role Description

Job Title: Intermediate Architect / Junior Architect (2–3 Years Exp)

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Architect with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative concept design and technical execution, moving beyond basic drafting to take an active role in project coordination and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Transform initial concepts into detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Technical Sets: Independently produce comprehensive GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, electrical layouts, and plumbing details.
• Coordination: Liaise with structural, MEP consultants, and vendors to ensure design alignment.
• Site Management: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure quality control.
• Material Research: Prepare material palettes, mood boards, and detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Arch degree .
• Experience: 2–3 years in [Residential / Commercial / Interior] projects.
• Software Proficiency: Expert in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Proficiency in  V-Ray/Enscape ,Lumion, or Adobe Creative Suite, AI ,is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for client interactions and a high level of attention to technical detail.
• Candidates preferred from the same city
