Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect at EFI, located in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing architectural projects from concept through execution. The role involves creating sustainable and efficient designs, overseeing project integration, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards of quality and performance. Additionally, the Architect will utilize computational tools and processes to inform design strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with strong design thinking and creativity
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration processes to support design automation and computational workflows
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and computational design tools is a plus
