Role Overview
As An Architect, You Will Be Responsible For
h) Research and Design -Create original design work utilizing specifications, sketches, and ideas based on extensive research. Analyze space utilization, effectiveness, and structural feasibility of the proposed design.
i) Working Drawings- Prepare detailed error-free working drawings as per company template and specifications. Adhere to the list of drawings provided to ensure timely release of GFC drawings.
j) Co-ordination with External agencies - Coordinate with consultants to obtain detailed supporting drawings. Perform extensive Market research for new technologies and materials and coordinate with vendors to attain product information and competitive quotes.
k) Project Management - Maintain the project management master file of allotted projects through regular meetings with the Site Engineer to oversee the progress and maintain the schedule of construction.
l) Conduct timely Site visits- To check on project progress, ensuring that the project is running as per the GFC drawings, to address bottle necks and doubts.
m) Problem Solving - Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction bg providing innovative solutions.

d) Technology Should be proficient in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office with basic knowledge on Photoshop & SketchUp
