Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Chinchwad. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and conceptualizing architectural plans, working on integration solutions, and leading projects to ensure timely and quality-focused completions. Daily tasks will include collaboration with clients and teams, managing project timelines, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and familiarity with modern design principles
- Experience in Project Management, including timeline and resource management
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural projects
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Architecture or related field; additional certifications are a plus
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Knowledge of local building codes, construction materials, and sustainability practices
- Prior experience in handling residential and commercial projects is an advantage
