Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Principal Architect role based in Ludhiana. The Principal Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design, defining and refining system architectures, and leading software development initiatives. The role involves managing integration projects, ensuring seamless functionality across systems, and driving project management activities from inception to execution. The Principal Architect will also play a key role in ensuring that the architectural solutions align with organizational goals and technological innovations. Since niwiai is a startup, the architect has to wear multiple hats from architecting solutions to PR Reviews to writing code at times.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Software Development, including the ability to design and build scalable solutions
• Experience with system Integration for seamless operations
• Proven capabilities in Project Management, including planning, execution, and collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working within the health tech or wellness industry is a plus
• Proficient in Cloud and AI Architecture design and development
