Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect Draftsman based in Nagpur. The Architect Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with architects and project managers, and contributing to the execution of design concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, ensuring design accuracy, coordinating with engineers and design teams, and adhering to project specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture concepts
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration in design workflows
• Experience in Project Management, including planning and time management
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong understanding of construction methods
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Prior experience in the design or construction industry is an added advantage
