Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, developing innovative architectural solutions, and collaborating with teams to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The role involves overseeing project management activities, ensuring timely completion, managing software development and integration for architectural projects, and working closely with stakeholders to bring designs to life.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field required; a Master's degree is a plus
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans using CAD/BIM software.
- Prepare working drawings and support BOQ preparation.
- Good in Rendering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
- Meets with clients to understand needs, budgets, and project goals.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contracters during all design and construction phases.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning and execution.
- Strong skills in Software Development and Integration within architectural projects.
- Proficient problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage on-site operations.
- Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally friendly design practices is advantageous.
