Role Overview:
We are looking for an Architect who is comfortable working across both technical development and design visualization. The role involves contributing to projects from early-stage concepts to detailed drawings and presentation outputs.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate design ideas into clear technical drawings, while also producing compelling 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for effective communication of the design intent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed technical documentation
- Develop accurate and efficient 2D drafting sets for execution
- Create 3D models, high-quality renders, and walkthrough animations for presentations
- Support the team in concept design, spatial planning, and design iterations
- Translate conceptual ideas into buildable and visually clear outputs
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistency between design and execution drawings
- Assist in preparing client presentations and visual communication materials
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and drawing standards
- Hands-on experience in 3D modelling and rendering workflows
- Working knowledge of Rhino / SketchUp / Revit / Blender / 3ds Max (any relevant tools)
- Familiarity with render engines such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.
- Ability to manage both precision in drawings and quality in visual outputs
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work within a team environment
Bonus (Good to Have):
- Exposure to AI tools for design exploration, visualization, or workflow enhancement
- Understanding of presentation storytelling and visual composition
