What You Will Do
- Lead and manage architectural and interior layout teams from concept planning to final drawing issuance
- Develop and finalize space planning, workstation layouts, seating plans, and circulation layouts for commercial office interiors
- Coordinate closely with architects, project managers, MEP consultants, and execution teams to ensure layouts are clash free and ready for execution
- Ensure layouts comply with NBC guidelines, local bye laws, client standards, and operational requirements
- Prepare, review, and coordinate MEP layouts including HVAC, Electrical (Raw and UPS), Lighting, Power, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing
- Prepare and issue GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and full coordination drawing sets
- Create, review, and finalize RCP layouts aligned with architectural and MEP planning
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, levels, services integration, and detailing across all drawings
- Track timelines, manage submissions, and ensure timely approvals from clients and consultants
- Support BOQ preparation and quantity validation based on finalized layouts
- Stay updated with workspace planning trends, codes, and design best practices
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Architect preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial office planning and architectural layouts
- Strong exposure to space planning, workstation planning, and managed office layouts
- Experience in BOQ coordination and quantity take offs for commercial interiors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Knowledge of SketchUp or basic 3D for coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with Photoshop and strong presentation skills
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination, RCP planning, and GFC drawings
- Proven team leadership, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and an execution focused mindset
