Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Architect, based in Aluva. The Architect will lead and participate in architectural design projects, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence. Responsibilities include developing architectural plans, collaborating with clients, managing project timelines, and integrating technology into design processes. The role also involves overseeing the seamless coordination of design and construction phases to meet project goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience with Software Development and System Integration
- Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to oversee timelines and deliverables
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and the integration of technology in architecture
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino+Grasshopper or similar tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional licensure in architecture is a plus
