Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing detailed architectural plans, ensuring integration with overall construction projects, and managing end-to-end project plans. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with clients and team members, refining architectural concepts, overseeing the implementation and execution of designs, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and quality control
• Proficiency with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup or similar tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is preferred
