Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role for the Delhi and Chennai offices. Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting with the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. Day-to-day tasks include drafting architectural drawings, developing design concepts, conducting site visits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices while maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe suite (Illustrator preferred).
• Strong design and conceptual development skills
• Ability to conduct site visits, gather data, and apply practical and creative problem-solving techniques
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles
• Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Time management abilities and attention to detail to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with emerging trends in urban design and development is a plus
• 0-1 years experience. Prior work experience preferred but not required and fresh graduates are invited to apply.
