Job Description

We are seeking a creative and technically sound Architect with 24 years of experience in interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in space planning, working drawings, detailing, and the ability to convert design concepts into practical, executable plans.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and refine design concepts, presentations, and working drawings.
• Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams for smooth design implementation.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with design and execution teams for material selection and specifications.
• Ensure all drawings align with project scope, design intent, and execution standards.
• Support the team in BOQ preparation and project documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Arch from a recognized university.
• 24 years of experience in an interior design or architectural firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, and interior fit-out processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
