We are looking for a skilledArchitect with 3+ years of experience in luxury projectsto join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing projects such asvillas, apartments, hotels, resorts, banquet halls, and corporate offices.
You will handle projects fromconcept to completion, ensuring high-quality design, execution, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design development for residential and commercial projects.
- Manage projects from client briefing to final handover.
- Prepare detailed drawings usingAutoCAD(plans, sections, elevations, details).
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and interior teams.
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
- Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and quality.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
- Incorporate modern, luxury, and sustainable design practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong design and technical knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Problem-solving approach at site and design stages.
Preference:
- Experience inluxury, mixed-use, or high-end residential projectswill be an advantage.
