Architect

We are looking for an experienced Architect with 6 to 10 years of professional experience, capable of independently managing architectural projects from concept design to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Independently handle residential building design and execution

Conduct feasibility studies for new projects including site analysis, development potential, and regulatory compliance

Develop design concepts with a strong understanding of construction detailing and materials

Prepare and deliver design presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Review and coordinate working drawings

Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and management

Lead project teams and ensure adherence to timelines Key Skills & Competencies

Strong design and technical capabilities

Practical understanding of construction methods and materials

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Software Proficiency

AutoCAD (Mandatory)

SketchUp

Revit (Added advantage)
