We are looking for an Architect / Interior Designer with strong sales acumen who can bridge design understanding with client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client interactions from first meeting to closure
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable architectural/interior solutions
- Present design concepts, layouts, and proposals confidently
- Generate leads through site visits, references, and networking
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project handover
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials, and close deals
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
- 15 years of experience in design sales / studio sales / real estate interiors
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of layouts, materials, and costing
- Client-handling experience is mandatory
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)- Experience in turnkey interior projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / basic design reading
- Existing client or broker network
