This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Tiruchirappalli. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence in building projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project managers. Responsibilities include creating detailed design plans, working with BIM and 3D modeling tools, ensuring compliance with sustainability parameters, and contributing to project execution and client interaction.

• Strong skills in Architectural Design, 3D Modeling, and Drafting
• Proficiency in BIM tools and Digital Twin technologies
• Experience in Sustainable Design and familiarity with Green Building certification systems like LEED, GSAS, or BREEAM
• Knowledge in Construction Support, As-built Documentation, and Project Coordination
• Understanding of Structural, MEP, and Piping Engineering
• Effective communication, teamwork, and client interaction skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Familiarity with global industries such as AEC, Infrastructure, or Energy is a plus
• Proficiency in project management and meeting deadlines within budget constraints
