Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, based in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects, overseeing design development, and ensuring the successful integration of innovative solutions. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, and delivering designs that align with the company's values of sustainability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture with a strong foundation in planning and detailing
• Experience in Project Management, including overseeing timelines and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to improve design processes and project workflows
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and innovative design practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Relevant work experience in architectural projects; prior experience with large-scale commercial or residential projects is a plus
