This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Architect located in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing architectural projects that align with Citicore's commitment to sustainability, community impact, and design excellence. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, collaboration on project integration, managing timelines and milestones, and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Strong skills in Architecture, Architectural Design, and urban planning techniques
• Experience with Project Management, including managing timelines, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Understanding of Software Development and integration processes relevant to architectural projects
• Proficiency in utilizing design-specific software and tools for architectural projects
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong commitment to sustainability and socially impactful design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
• Licensure as an Architect or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred
• Experience working on sustainable and community-focused real estate projects is a plus
