Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architect, based in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for creating detailed architectural designs, leading project planning, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. They will collaborate with engineers and designers to integrate cutting-edge architectural solutions while striving for sustainability. Responsibilities include project management, maintaining design quality, and adhering to timelines and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to create and implement innovative designs.
• Preparation of presentation drawings, 3D models and renders, detailed design with working drawings.
• Experience in Project Coordination, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to sustainability.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
