About the Opportunity
DESA is looking for a talented and efficient Architect to join our team in New Delhi. We are seeking a design professional with 2-3 years of experience who bridges the gap between technical precision and visual storytelling.
We are looking for a candidate who is not just proficient, but highly efficient in the following tools:
- Revit (Must Have): Deep knowledge of Revit workflows, families, and documentation is required.
- AutoCAD: Strong command over 2D drafting and detailing.
- D5 Render: Proficiency in creating high-quality 3D renders and video walkthroughs.
- BIM: Solid understanding of Building Information Modeling processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 23 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Education: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) or relevant degree.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Bonus: Experience with sustainable design practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design & Documentation: Lead the creation of detailed architectural drawings and design solutions.
- BIM Implementation: Utilize Revit efficiently for 3D modeling, documentation, and coordinating complex design systems.
- Visualization: Create photorealistic 3D renderings and immersive walkthroughs using D5 Render.
- Project Execution: Assist in managing architectural design projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
