Architect

We are looking for a detail-oriented and design-driven Architect with hands-on experience in real estate development, who can seamlessly bridge design intent with on-ground execution. The role involves close coordination with external consultants, internal teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.

This is a high-responsibility role offering exposure across the full project lifecycle—from concept to execution.

1. Design Coordination & Development

• Collaborate with external architectural firms to develop design concepts, working drawings, and execution details
• Ensure alignment between design vision, commercial viability, and regulatory frameworks
• Review and refine layouts for efficiency, aesthetics, and usability across residential and commercial developments

2. Multidisciplinary Integration

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, landscape, and interior consultants
• Ensure seamless integration of all disciplines into unified design documentation
• Resolve design conflicts proactively during planning and execution stages

3. Project Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare, review, and manage architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation
• Maintain version control and documentation accuracy across all project stages
• Provide regular updates and reports on design progress, approvals, and site execution

4. Regulatory Compliance & Approvals

• Liaise with consultants and authorities for approvals (IOD, CC, OC, etc.)
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, RERA guidelines, and statutory requirements
• Track approval timelines and proactively resolve compliance-related issues

5. Site Coordination & Supervision

• Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings
• Work closely with project and construction teams to resolve on-site challenges
• Ensure quality control, design accuracy, and timely execution

• 2–4 years of experience in architectural roles within the real estate development industry
• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial project workflows
• Based in or familiar with Mumbai's Western Suburbs

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing
• Ability to interpret technical documents and translate them into execution-ready outputs

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments
• Good communication and coordination skills
• A balance of design sensibility + execution practicality
