Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role located in Thane, India. As a Senior Architect, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of architectural projects, including design development, technical documentation, and coordination with consultants and contractors. You will take a leadership role in managing project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders, you will be key in translating project requirements into innovative and efficient design solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in architectural design, building planning, and technical detailing
• Proficiency in CAD tools, 3D modeling software, and visualization tools is advantage
• Experience in project management, team coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Knowledge of local building codes, sustainability practices, and construction standards
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for innovative design and implementation
• Relevant degree in Architecture or related field; professional licensure is a plus
• Proven track record of working on diverse, large-scale projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Min 5 to 8 years Experience
