Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Architect role based in Nagpur. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural solutions, ensuring integration of design elements, and managing various aspects of architectural projects. Responsibilities also include overseeing project management tasks to ensure timely execution, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and delivering results that meet client and community expectations for both functionality and design.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative and functional designs.
• Experience in Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural tools and technologies.
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and local building codes.
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and a thorough understanding of design's social and cultural impact is an advantage.
