Python Developer Principal Software Engineer

Role Summary
This role demands a Principal Software Engineer who provides technical leadership in designing,
developing and optimizing complex software systems using Python.
Responsibilities
Contribute in defining the technology roadmap and approach, solution for the designated
application, Products assigned
Design & implement efficient server-side applications in python (flask, Django, etc.)
Peer code review and coaching/mentoring junior team members.
Enable automation of code quality checks and enforce to ensure Coding/Design standards
Resolve technical blockers, performance issues as needed within application, cloud or database.
Deploy solutions to test environment and elevating the solution to prod environments.
Provide inputs and/or own technical, solution documentation and associated deliverables
Proactive to Identify risks and provide possible solutions to mitigate them.
Demonstrate technical delivery accountability for the projects assigned and deliver as per the
schedule commitments with quality.
Education
An undergraduate Engineering professional or higher qualification is preferred
Required Experience Total Years of experience 10 -12 years or 15+ years, IC Role
Shift Timings 1 PM to 10 PM, 3 PM to 12 PM
Required Skills
10-12 years of experience in Software development out of which 5-6 years experience in python
development – Demonstrate Gitlab Projects delivered on expertise in Python Packages,
Performance Tuning
Strong skills of applying Data structures and algorithms in application development
At least 6 years of experience in building scalable applications, enterprise solutions
Strong understanding of web services and implementation experience in RESTFUL Web Services
Ability to quickly produce prototypes and proof of concepts
Ability to articulate complex technical scenarios and solutions to Architects leadership teams
Good to have Skills
Significant experience in JavaScript Nodejs framework CICD is a plus
