This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Designs delegated elements of architectural projects to concept stage meeting business, statutory legal and contractual requirements. Responsible for supporting (area/team), using basic/established technical capabilities.
You'll be responsible for:
Responsible for delivering delegated elements of the developing design as per contract requirements.
Ensures training is kept up to date, gaining a clear understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.
Engages with business improvement directives.
Provides guidance and coaching to more junior roles.
Develops working relationships with (range of) internal stakeholders.
Works with team members providing operational delivery of team/regional strategy etc.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in architect.
Experience in the relevant field.
