About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be involved in designing, planning, and executing architectural projects from concept to completion, while ensuring high technical and aesthetic standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs from initial concept to final execution
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and presentation materials
- Review and refine design proposals based on project requirements
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams
- Coordinate with project managers for smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards
- Monitor site progress and provide design support during execution
- Contribute innovative and practical design solutions
- Maintain project documentation and reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Time management and problem-solving skills
