Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect, located in Kozhikode. The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing building and landscape projects from concept to completion. Daily tasks include creating architectural designs, collaborating with clients and project teams, preparing detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and conducting site visits to oversee project progress and quality control.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in architectural design, space planning, and design principles.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering tools. Familiarity with other design technologies is beneficial.
• Experience in interior and landscape design to deliver cohesive and functional spaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce creative and innovative solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders efficiently.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; licensure or equivalent certification is a plus.
