About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Junior Architect to join our design and development team. The candidate will assist in conceptualizing, designing, and executing architectural projects, with a focus on sustainable and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior architects in preparing design concepts, drawings, and 3D models.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate architecture with engineering and technology.

• Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations, and reports.

• Conduct site visits, design evaluations, and material research.

• Ensure design compliance with applicable codes and sustainability standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.

• 02 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design tools.

• Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of sustainable design and green building practices.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
