Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and creative Architect with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop, and should be capable of independently handling design assignments from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and prepare detailed architectural drawings and layouts.
- Create 3D models, presentations, and conceptual design visuals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants for project coordination.
- Ensure adherence to design standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Conduct site visits, assess progress, and coordinate with contractors.
Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in architecture.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction techniques.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time and deliver quality output under deadlines.
Educational Qualification:- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

- Diploma in Architectural Assistantship
