- - Lead projects from concept to execution.
- - Develop innovative and functional design concepts.
- - Prepare and review detailed architectural & working drawings.
- - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- - Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- - Coordinate with the liaisoners and Government authorities.
- - Conduct site visits and resolve design/execution issues.
- - Review drawings, materials, specifications, and technical details.
- - Mentor junior architects and ensure quality of deliverables.
- - Manage project timelines and design deliverables.
- - Present designs and coordinate with stakeholders.
- - Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
- 5+ years in Mid/High-rise Projects.
