Job Summary

A strategic technical leader responsible for the design and architecture of subsystem solutions across desktop and web-based applications using the .NET platform. Demonstrates thought leadership by introducing innovative solutions, driving system-level decisions, and representing the organization in high-stakes technical discussions. Excels in balancing design trade-offs, solving complex problems, and aligning solutions with both customer requirements and organizational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Architect and design subsystems/modules with emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Innovate and contribute original ideas to enhance architecture and functionality.
• Lead major projects, balancing scope, feasibility, and customer expectations.
• Represent the organization in technical forums with customers, offering authoritative guidance and insight.
• Analyze complex challenges and adapt existing frameworks/methodologies for better results.
• Drive high-level design reviews, set development standards, and mentor engineering teams.

Education & Qualifications

• Engineering graduate / MCA or equivalent technical qualification
• Extensive experience in enterprise .NET development and architectural design

• Architecture & Development: .NET 3.x / 4.x / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Microservices, Cloud-native patterns
• Design Proficiency: WCF, WPF, REST/SOAP, UML, Design Patterns
